We endeavour to dispatch all  items within 48hours of the order being received. However, when there is a high demand of orders expect your items to be shipped within 7 business days.  Once the mailing company has all items, packages may arrive between 1-7 days if you are in the United States, all other countries may take 6-14 business days excluding sundays. Once your item has been shipped you will recieve a tracking number. 

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. Aairahs Modesty will take no responsibility if a incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the item. 

To cancel or change your order please email us @aairahsmodesty@aol.com before the order has been processed and shipped. If you contact us after your order has shipped you will have to wait until the item has arrived to you  to do a exchange and return. Your payment will be returned in the method we have received the payment in. 

For best result, hand wash your niqabs In cold soapy water and let them air-dry. 

Soak your niqab in cold soapy water for 15-20 minutes. 

Afterwards you should squeeze the niqab in the soap and water repeatedly to remove dirt. DO NOT scrub the niqab between hands to remove dirt. Rinse and squeeze water out and hang for drying. You may iron niqab after it is dry.

All items placed on sale can not be returned or exchaged. 

Niqabs are one size and will fit narrow and wide faces. 

All other items, you must follow size chart provided. When selecting sizing follow accordingly  to our sizing chart and not what you usually wear at any other stores.
