Return/ Exchange Policy

We will exchange non sale items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still intact if any and in the clear packaging it was sent in within 7 days of the buyer receiving it. There are no refunds unless there was a error on our behalf. However, you can exchange or receive store credit. Any items placed on sale can not be exchanged or returned.  If there is a scent of perfume or any marks on the item, the exchange will be refused and the item/s will be returned to you. 

In the interest of hygiene there are no returns or exchanges on niqabs!

It will take 10-14  days to process your exchange from the day it is received back. 

To exchange items please email us on aairahsmodesty@aol.com with your order number and item/s you would like to exchange. You will then receive a response within 48 hours with further details on how to exchange the item/s.  Please note that all shipping cost are incurred by the buyer. The item/s are also your responsibility until we have received the item. We therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not take responsibility in items lost in transit.
