Refund Policy

At Aairah’s Modesty, we take pride in providing high-quality modest wear while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Niqabs & Hijabs (Final Sale)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all niqabs and hijabs are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Defective Items Exception

If your niqab or hijab arrives defective, we will gladly offer:

• A replacement of the same item, or
• A refund if the item is no longer in stock

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
• Please email us with clear photos of the defect

If approved:

• The item must be returned within 7 business days of approval

❌ Items with removed tags, perfume or fragrance scents, or signs of wear will be returned to the customer and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Abayas & Outerwear

We do accept returns and refunds for abayas and outerwear under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 5 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• No perfume, smoke, or other scents

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• We cover return shipping costs for defective items
• For all other returns (e.g., fit, preference, or style), customers are responsible for return shipping
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit
  
  • We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance for your protection

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please email info@aairahsmodesty.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return or replacement
• Photos (if the item is defective)

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Requests made outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted.
